Nobody will face criminal charges in the shooting death of a 2-year-old Cumberland County girl.

The Cumberland County Commonwealth Attorney said he "believes there is no probable cause that any crime occurred." Police said the little girl was shot in the chest by her 5-year-old brother on April 30th.

Investigators said the weapon was a .22 Caliber Crickett Rifle that was given to the boy as a gift. They said the rifle is often marketed to children. Police said the family didn't know the rifle was loaded.
