Prosecutor: Former State Trooper Tried To Trade Drugs For Sex In Uniform

Former Kentucky State Trooper Michael Fred Pennington, who had already pleaded guilty to federal drug charges, has now been convicted of carrying a firearm while trafficking prescription narcotics.
