Governor Beshear announced there are 149 permanent prescription drug disposal stations in 97 counties across Kentucky
If you have unwanted medications or old prescription drugs the state is ready to take them out of your hands.

Governor Steve Beshear announced today that Kentucky now has 149 permanent prescription drug disposal locations in 97 counties. The disposal boxes are located in law enforcement offices. The goal is to make it easy for individuals to safely get rid of meds and help prevent drug abuse. The state says you can drop off your unneeded pills with no questions asked
