The Fayette County Coroner released a preliminary autopsy report for Kyley Palmer. Police found her body last week off of Leeann Lane.
The Coroner's Office says it's waiting on toxicology tests before it rules on how Palmer died.
The 20-year-old had three kids and reportedly had a history of addiction.
