The basketball Cats are coming off a narrow win over LSU at Rupp Arena.

75-70 the final on Saturday.

But even more importantly, Cal is tryng to get his team to learn the value of peace of mind.

Alex Poythress is one the guys who Cal says didn't always give it everything he had in every game.

Poythress wasn't dominating like he could and the lack of effort, drive and motor showed.

But against the Tigers yesterday, Cal said Poythress could leave the court knowing he gave it everything he had win or lose...and that's what basketball is all about.

Check out the attached video to hear from Cal on getting his players to understand the importance of obtaining a 'peace of mind.'
