In Lexington, police accuse a woman of stabbing her husband with a butcher knife.

Police say they found a man with a stab wound to the chest at an apartment on Cross Keys Road around 4:00 a.m. Friday.

Jhonda Gonzalez-Perez is now accused of assault.

Police say she and her husband were fighting when she stabbed him.

He is expected to survive.
