The Frankfort Police Department has charged 42 year-old Brian Reed with the murder of 28 year-old Gypsy Reyes.

Police say a witness discovered Reyes' body in her apartment on Ewing Court a little before 11am Friday morning.

Investigators say Reed was in the apartment when the body was discovered, and that a witness says they heard Reed and Reyes in a heated argument the night before.

Friends and neighbors of Reyes say she was a single mother of two girls and that she was well-liked by everyone on the block.
