In Cynthiana, police accuse a woman of shooting her husband in the groin.
Kerrie Alvarez was in court Monday, pleading not guilty to assault. Police say she shot Javier Alvarez Saturday, possibly over accusations of infidelity.
He went to UK Hospital, and was released Monday.
