Police: Two People Responsible For Twelve Burglaries

Lexington police have arrested two people they believe are connected to 12 burglaries.

Officers say they arrested Billy Joe Wagers and Jacqueline Webster last night because they were wanted in Scott County.

Investigators say the two were charged with the burglaries after some questioning.

They say in addition to 12 burglaries in the Chevy Chase area, Wagers and Webster were also connected to dozens of car thefts.

They're in the Fayette County jail.
