Police: Tip Leads To Arson Arrests

State Police said a tip led them to two arsonists.

Police said Russell Sowers, 19, and Joshua Haddix, 19, are charged with arson for a fire in Nicholas County back in June.

That fire destroyed a vacant trailer located on Lower Sharpsburg Road.

Police said the Carlisle Police Department received a tip, which led them to Sowers and Haddix.
