A three-car accident may have been caused by a driver running a red light. That's according to Captain Roger Smith of the Lexington Fire Department who says a car turned from Man O War Boulevard to Pink Pigeon Parkway and hit a truck on Man O War. He says a third car which was behind the truck was also hit. The driver of the car that appeared to cause the accident was sent to UK Hospital.
