Police Search for Lexington Inmate

Police are looking for an inmate who they say walked away from the Blackburn Correctional Complex in Lexington.

Jerod Mikel was serving a 7 year sentence for drug trafficking and was supposed to be up for parole next year.

Investigators say he walked away from the correctional complex around 11:45 Friday night.
