Police Search For Woman Accused Of Robbing Bank

State Police said a woman robbed a Jackson County Bank branch in Sand Gap Thursday afternoon.

Investigators said around 3:30 p.m., the woman walked-in to the bank, demanded money from a teller, got it and left in a gold or silver 4-door passenger car that was waiting for her across the street from the bank.

State Police said the car was last seen headed toward US 421.
