Lexington Police said a fast food restaurant was robbed this morning.

Officers said a man walked into the Wendy’s on Thunderstick Drive around 7:30 a.m.

They said he was wearing a dark hoodie sweatshirt and gloves.

According to officers, he showed a gun and demanded money from the cash register.

Police said he ran away. They don’t know if this is connected to other robberies.

No one has been arrested.
