Police Search For Armed Man After Family Dollar Robbery

Lexington Police searched for the man who officers said held up a Family Dollar store.

It happened just before 11:30 Monday morning on Race Street.

According to police, a man wearing a dark hoodie went into the store with a handgun and demanded cash.

Witnesses reportedly told police the man took the money and ran off.

No one was hurt.
