A woman who police say was involved in a Lexington robbery was in court Friday.

Brittany Shipman was in court through video from the jail.

Police say she is connected to the July 16th robbery and murder of Perez-Ruiz.

The judge said that she is a "danger to the public."

Shipman has not been charged with murder, but the judge says he thinks the prosecution may add that charge later.

Three other people have already been charged with murder.

Shipman was arrested in Washington County, Indiana and returned to Lexington Thursday.
