Police Say Man Dies While Trying To Steal Copper

A man died in Harlan County after trying to steal copper, according to Kentucky State Police.

Deputies say 20-year-old Brandon Hall was dead when they arrived at the Big Lots building in Cumberland.

They say the power was still on while he was trying to steal the wiring that supplied electricity to the building.
