Police: Rape Suspect May Have Fled To Mexico

A man set to be on tried on rape charges in Madison County may have taken off to Mexico.

According to the Richmond Register, police say Francisco Mendoza, 21, missed a pre-trial hearing last week and they have since learned that he may have gone to Mexico.

Mendoza was indicted on rape charges back in February.
