A 22-year-old Mount Sterling man is accused of abusing his girlfriend's five month old boy.
The Montgomery County Sheriff's office says Earl Adkins, Jr. has told investigators several different stories about how the baby ended up with two broken legs and a broken wrist.
Investigators say the baby is going to be okay.
He is currently in foster care.
