Police say two missing young boys who were reportedly spotted near Richmond last week are in Cuba with their parents.

The video attached shows the Hakken family on their sailboat in a Havana marina. A man identified himself as Josh Hakken, who is the children's father, but but wouldn't answer any questions. A woman on board said the children are okay.

Police believe the father kidnapped Chase Hakken, 2, and Cole Hakken,4, last week. The boys had been in the care of their grandmother in Florida, after the parents lost custody of their boys last year following a drug arrest. Cuba says it will turn the parents over to U.S. Officials.
