Two missing children out of Florida may have been seen on I-75 near Richmond Thursday, according to police.

Investigators say an Amber Alert was issued for Cole Hakken, 2, and Chase Hakken, 4, on Wednesday. Police said the 2006 Black GMC Sierra the boys may be traveling in was seen driving at a very fast rate on I-75 near Richmond Thursday. The SUV has Florida tags with the license plate number U95KT.

Police believe the children may have been kidnapped by their biological parents Joshua and Sharyn Hakken. Investigators said the kids were in the care of their grandmother in Florida.
