The Somerset Police Department say William Pilkington, along with his children Lily, Trey, and Bekkah, have been located in Foley, Alabama.

Officials say Pilkington and his three children, Lily, Trey, and Bekkah, were traveling with a woman and her two kids.

They were apparently going between RV parks in southern Alabama.

Somerset Police say the children were found in good health and appeared to be taken care of.

They say Pilkington was arrested and has a warrant for Custodial Interference--a felony.

Pilkington was last seen March 30, 2012 when he took his children on court-ordered visitation. He failed to return them on April 8 and their mother reported them missing three days later.

US Marshals, Foley Police, and Baldwin County Sheriff were involved in the location and capture.
