Lexington Police said they don’t have many leads in a shooting that happened Sunday night.
Police said just before 9 p.m., they received a call about a man sitting on a front porch bleeding.
They said after an investigation, they determined that the man was driving on Hawkins Avenue when someone on the sidewalk fired several shots at his car.
One of the bullets struck the man in the head.
Police said he continued to drive, hitting a parked car, a fence and a home.
Police said the victim then got out and walked to Pemberton Drive, where he sat on a front porch.
Police said the bullet did not enter the victim’s skull and his injuries are not considered life-threatening.
