Police said they want to talk to a man they believe is responsible for the assault of two teens who stole his moped.

Officers said they are still searching for Presely Reed, the man who they say drove into two teens who stole his moped Thursday.

Police said Reed caught up with the teens on Russell Cave Road and crashed into them with his Dodge Durango around 10 p.m.

They tell us the teens crashed and then ran away from the wreck.

Later police found one of the teens a street over, suffering from a leg injury.

The other was found a few streets over with bumps and bruises.

They also believe Reed is responsible for a drive-by shooting at one of the teens' homes.

Both of the teenagers were taken to U.K. Hospital for treatment and are expected to be fine.

No word yet on whether or not the teens will be charged anything, but police said right now they are looking at them as victims of a hit and run accident.
