Lexington Police: Man Faces Life-Threatening Injuries After Crash

Lexington Police said a man has life-threatening injuries after a crash at Hays Boulevard and Athens Boonesboro Road.

Officers said two cars collided at the intersection this afternoon.

According to police, the man’s car was hit on the driver’s door. They said his car spun and hit a pole.

They said that’s when the man had a seizure.

Officers said they brought him to UK Hospital where he went into surgery.

Investigators will continue to look into the collision.
