Police say they arrested a man after they say they caught him burglarizing a business.

Somerset police say Glenn Cummings, 37, was caught dragging a trash can full of copper through the former Summerset Houseboats factory around 3:30PM.

A tripped alarm was what sent cops there in the first place, said officers.

They add that when they arrived, they found the bay door to the factory opened and a vehicle outside, which prompted the search of the area.

Cummings was arrested and charged with burglary, theft, possession of burglary tools, and criminal mischief.

He was taken to the Pulaski County Detention Center.
