Police arrested a man who they say is responsible for a deadly hit and run in Nicholasville.

Police think Curtis G. Pack hit Linda Wilhoite on Southview Drive Wednesday and took off.

The coroner says Wilhoite later died at UK Hospital.

An accident reconstruction team reportedly found Pack’s vehicle a few blocks away from the scene.

Police say it matched witnesses descriptions of the vehicle.

It also had dome front end damage that matched evidence from the scene.
