The entire Lexington PD needs to be reevaluated from the Chief on down. Every story that is reported the suspect has gotten away, escaped from transport etc. How the heck do you have a standoff with over 30 police covering the area & the suspect gets away? This is not the first case of poor policing. With these suspects still on the lam there is going to be more danger to innocent people because Lexington's Finest CANNOT do their job to the fullest extent.
