On Wednesday night, Lexington police say a man fully exposed himself to four young children.

They are increasing patrols, while they look for the suspect.  Although the incident happened Wednesday near the corner of Palermo Lane and Vermillion Peak Pass, some neighbors are just finding out.

"Pretty shocking.  It's always been a quiet safe neighborhood, and to have something like that happen is pretty surprising," said Ed Wiseman, neighbor.

Police say the kids were playing on swings, when a man pulled his car up, and got out fully nude.

"Unfortunately not surprising, definitely disturbing," said Stuart Lindfors, neighbor.

If this happened to your kids, here's what police say they should do:

Make noise to attract witnesses, don't let a stranger get too close, and tell an adult.

"For parents this is an opportunity to remind kids about the dangers of strangers," said Lt. Chris Van Brackel, Lexington Police.

One neighbor says about a year ago in the same area a man tried to lure kids into his truck.  So Lindfors says he makes sure his kids know what to do.

"We have them on occasion to make sure the kids don't forget what they were told cus it's important," said Lindfors.

Police say they're looking for a middle-aged white man with short black hair driving a small, bronze, 4-door sedan.
