Update: Lex Police Issue Murder Warrant in Missing Person Case

Lexington Police have issued a murder warrant in connection to the disappearance of a missing Lexington man.

Police would not give the name of the suspect the warrant is issued for.

Police did arrest another man in connect to the case.

Timothy 'Tiny' Ballard was arrested and charged with complicity to kidnapping. He was also charged with tampering with evidence.

Johnson disappeared on December 20th, 2013 at his home on Hanover Avenue.

He was last heard from by his girlfriend who was talking to him on the phone, when Johnson received a knock on his door.

He has not been heard from since.
