Lexington Police released the name of a man who was hit twice by cars and killed.
Investigators say Justin Conover was not in the crosswalk Sunday night as he walked in front of a Walgreens near Fontaine Road.
Police say when the first vehicle hit Conover it left him lying in the road.
Then a second vehicle hit him.
