Police: Gun Fired Outside Lexington Waffle House

Lexington Police were called to a Waffle House restaurant after reports of gunfire.

Officers said it happened around 3:00 a.m. Sunday on Redding Road off of Tates Creek.

Witnesses said a man and woman were arguing in the parking lot.

They said when other people stepped in, at least one shot was fired.

Two cars then sped away.

No arrests have been made.

Police said there were no reports of injuries.
