A man is dead after shots were fired during a fight between a father and son in Lincoln County.

That's according to state police who say 42-year-old Michael Henson and 75-year-old Ray Henson got into an argument at a house on Meadowbrook Road near Stanford around 11:30 Saturday night.

Troopers say Michael was taken to the hospital where he died from his injuries.

Investigators say they interviewed Ray, but didn't make an arrest and that they are not looking for anyone else to question.
