A Cynthiana father was arrested Wednesday after police said he left his two young daughters home alone.

Police said a 2-year-old girl was found wandering Elm street just after 8:00 a.m. A neighbor said she heard the little girl crying outside and went out and got her. The woman said she went to check on the little girl's home and when she went inside she found a 3-year-old girl asleep alone.

Bound told police he only left the girls home alone for two minutes so he could go to work.

I've read many articles concerning parent leaving or causing their children from hurting. Though I have no right to judge them yet I'm hoping that nobody would ever thought of doing so. As a mother of two, the idea of my children being harmed or lost is not something anyone wants to consider. Then I found an article by anationofmoms about a service that can protect your family via your cell phone. And at the bottom, there is an opportunity to enter a drawing for 6 months of that service just by liking them on Facebook.
