Police say the man sped through the intersection of Russell Cave and New Circle Road... and hit another car.

According to investigators he and the other driver began arguing, when the man pulled out his gun and pointed it at the driver.

Officers say he ran...but police caught him.

Courtney Kidd is now charged with two counts of assault, DUI, and leaving the scene of an accident.
