Police Cruiser Damaged In Accident In Lexington

A police cruiser was damaged during an accident in downtown Lexington Thursday morning.
 According to police, an officer stopped a driver going the wrong way down South Broadway when another car came along and struck the stopped vehicle.
 Police said that caused the vehicle that was stopped to spin around and hit the police cruiser.
 Police said the wrong-way driver was cited for reckless driving.
 The other driver was arrested for driving under the influence.
