Kentucky State Police have made an arrest after two robberies in Rockcastle County.

Troopers said Lee Speaks, 28, was arrested and charged with 1st degree robbery.

According to police, a man robbed the Citizens Bank in Brodhead around 5:40 p.m. on Friday.

They said he walked in holding a gun and demanded Monday. He ran off once he got the cash.

Troopers said it was a second robbery though that happened in Mount Vernon on Saturday that helped them identify and arrest the suspect.
