UPDATE: Arrest Made In Weekend Lexington Motel & Hotel Robberies

Lexington Police said an arrest has been made in two recent motel and hotel robberies.

According to investigators, David Todd James was already in the Madison County Jail when he was served with the warrants.

Police said James robbed a Microtel Motel on Buena Vista and a Clarion Hotel on Newtown Pike last weekend.

Officers said James had since been booked in the Madison County Jail on unrelated drug charges.
