Police accuse a man of arranging to meet an underage girl, over the internet.
They say he's from London, England.
Police say Solomon Waters flew to Blue Grass Airport thinking he was going to meet the girl.
Instead he met Lexington Police, State Police, and immigration agents.
State police say this was a 3 month investigation that involved officers in both the United States and Great Britain.
