Two people died in Wayne County when a motorcycle hit a house.

And troopers believe alcohol was a factor in the crash.

State police say Matthew Pierce of Monticello went off the shoulder of Highway 3284 around 1:40am Sunday and hit a house.

The Coroner says Pierce and his passenger Jordan Crouch died at the scene.

Both were 23 years old.

And police say neither one wore a helmet.
