Burnside Pastor Kenneth Allen Keith was indicted Monday by a grand jury on murder and robbery charges.

Keith is charged with gunning down Michael and Angela Hockensmith and Daniel Smith on September 20th.

Police say the triple murder happened at the Hockensmith's pawn shop in Danville where Smith was a customer.

Investigators say they arrested Keith after a man told them about a phone conversation he had with Keith days after the murders.

Court documents say while Keith did not admit to the murders, he did say that he didn't believe the Hockensmiths were innocent bystanders in the robbery.

In the documents, Keith also says that the Hockensmith's cost him a lot of money.

Keith is due back in court next month.
