Readings are hovering in the middle and upper 80s this afternoon, making today our warmest since September. Unseasonably warm weather will continue through the remainder of the week, with today and tomorrow being the warmest two days during this stretch. The next two days will feature highs around 87°, and some isolated late-day and evening thunderstorms will be possible, but they won't impact all areas. Temperatures will trend slightly downward this weekend and into next week, with highs in the upper 70s by Monday and Tuesday. Thunderstorms will increase in coverage, at least during the afternoons, at the end of the week and through the weekend into early next week as a slow-moving front sags south into Kentucky once again.
