Aaron Collins was just 30-years-old when he died last week. But before he passed away, he wrote a will – asking his family to fulfill one last wish.

Collins wanted to give any remaining money in his bank account to a waiter or waitress.

He wrote, “And I don’t mean 25%. I’m talking $500 on a pizza.”

But Collins didn’t have enough money in his account. So, the family started a website: www.aaroncollins.org.

Family and friends went to the website to donate money and help make Collins’ last wish come true.

Once they raised enough, the Collins’ Family went to Puccini’s in Lexington and ordered a pizza.

They recorded the exchange between the waitress when they handed her the $500 tip, and Aaron’s brother, Seth, posted it on YouTube.

The website and video took off. Seth Collins says more than $26,000 has been raised.

So the Collins’ Family will carry on with Aaron’s last wish: to pay-it-forward.

Going to one restaurant every week and leaving the waiter or waitress a $500 tip.
