Ohio Man Accused Of Sexually Abusing Child In Jessamine County

An Ohio man is in jail in Nicholasville, accused of sexually abusing a child under the age of 12, according to authorities in Jessamine County.

Investigators said Moses Kuhbander, 28, of Dayton, Ohio, is accused of subjecting a child to sexual contact last July.

According to the Jessamine County Detention Center Website, Kuhbander is charged with Sexual Abuse 1st Degree and being a Persistent Felony Offender 2nd Degree.

The jail Website indicated Kuhbander is being held on a $50,000 cash bond.
