OKC Relishing In "Kentucky Effect"

OKC Relishing In "Kentucky Effect"

The Thunder are just four wins away from an NBA title. But being so young, can they do it? Ask Coach Cal...
Does youth matter in success?

Ask John Claipari, the master of the "one-and-done," what he thinks.  His Cats are coming off a national championship year.  A team which starred just one senior in the regular rotation, two sophomores and three freshman.

All three freshman by the way are expected to be drafted higher than the senior and maybe both sophomores.

During the NBA lockout, several NBA teams and players made trips to Lexington to workout while literally being locked out of their own facilities.

Kevin Durant of the Oklahoma City Thunder doesn't buy his team is too young to win a title.  Coach Cal thinks the Thunder and Cats, both young teams, got better by playing each other.

Now, if OKC wins, it might be tough to disagree.
