An undercover Internet Crimes Against Children investigation that started in Colorado led to the arrest of a man in Nicholasville who stands accused of having child pornography.

An FBI agent in Colorado reportedly took over an account that had been used by another person who was arrested on charges related to child sexual exploitation. Officials said the agent used the account to talk to other people who could be interested in child pornography.

They said this led them to 35-year-old Jeffery Treadway in Nicholasville.

He was arrested Tuesday by State Police and charged with 20 counts of possessing materials portraying a sex act by a minor.
