We're learning more about a deadly car crash in Lexington.

Police say 20-year-old Audrey Hounshell died Thursday morning.

Investigators say she lost control of her car around 3am as she tried to exit off the inner loop of New Circle road onto the Nicholasville road exit.

Police say she over corrected, her car flipped and she was thrown from the car, which landed on her and continued flipping.

Investigators say speeding and not wearing a seat belt were factors in the crash.

Crews had to shut down New Circle road for about 4 hours, so the scene could be cleared.
