Some road work in Lexington could affect your commute this week.

Crews will be doing bridge repair work for the next two days on the inner loop of New Circle Road.

The state says one lane of traffic will be closed between Versailles Road and the Old Frankfort Pike Exit from 9am to 3pm.

And crews will repair the outer loop of New Circle along that same stretch on Wednesday.

The state says repair work will also affect New Circle traffic Thursday and Friday between Nicholasville Road and Tates Creek Road.
