Musicians From Around The Bluegrass March In Prestigious Parade

Musicians from the Lafayette Marching Band, Montgomery High School Band, and Bryan Station High School marched in the Tournament of Roses Parade Tuesday.
Musicians from around the Bluegrass made their big debut at the Tournament of Roses Parade on New Year's Day.

212 members from the Lafayette Marching Band made their way through the streets of Pasadena just before 1 p.m. Six members of the Montgomery High School Band along with Bryan Station Drum Major, Grant Knox, also played in the parade. They were part of only 325 students from across the nation to take part in the Bands of America Honor Band.

The parade was seen by millions of people around the world. The Lafayette Marching band is scheduled to enjoy Wednesday at Disneyland before returning to Kentucky on Thursday.
