The murder trial of a dad charged in the death of his 22-month old baby will not be happening in Russell County.

Jury selection came to a halt Wednesday in the trial of Bryan Daniels.

His son Kayden Branham died in 2009 in Monticello, after police say he drank drain cleaner used to make meth.

On Wednesday, a judge ruled that many potential jurors had already formed an opinion on the high profile case. The case could be tried in Warren County.

Daniels is being held without bond.
